Prologue |
| Journey highlights are a trip on the sleeper to Penzance and a ride on an open-topped bus. |
Day 1 |
| How we learned that walking more than 250 miles had not beefed up our common sense quota. |
Day 2 |
| Mounts Bay fishing ports prove that dramatic scenery isn't the only thing for walkers to enjoy. |
Day 3 |
| Rocky coves, sandy beaches, mining relics and The Lizard looming darkly on the horizon. |
Day 4 |
| The Loe Bar, Gunwalloe Church Cove, Mullion, then up onto The Lizard for a tough couple of days. |
Day 5 |
| Superb clifftop walking and fishing coves are seriously marred by bad weather on the way into Coverack. |
Day 6 |
| A big moment - we reach halfway at Porthallow before wandering round Helford's many creeks. |
Day 7 |
| Our last day features great gardens, Falmouth beaches and Pendennis Castle to round it all off. |
