What we did: Last year's journey ended early, stopped by dangerous weather, but this year we were determined to make up for this and press on to Falmouth, where the wide mouth of the River Fal and the Carrick Roads make a natural break. Picking up where we left off - Whitesands Lodge in Sennen - we ran into trouble straight away...
